I had a really great experience at Alibaba in Simi Valley. The rice was absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The lamb shawarma was fresh, tender, juicy, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The portion was large and very satisfying. The smothered rice was also delicious, and the overall plate had that comforting, home-style feeling. I even tried the pancakes, and to my surprise they were very nice — something I haven’t had in ages. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience left a very positive impression on me. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning.

Really yummy. Ali Baba makes the best hummus and falafel. The hummus is velvety smooth. The falafel is consistently crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. They hit the mark every time. And the people are always super nice. Definitely worth a go.

I love this great little Mediterranean restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. Its always clean, too. You can order take out, or dine in. They have ample seating. I think they do a pretty decent job of making you feel like you aren't eating in a strip mall in So. Cal. The staff is always warm and welcoming. I've gone with friends, and alone. The meals are always delicious enjoyable, and I can never finish my plate!
