Ali Baba

This is our second time here, and we thought it was great both times. We split a mixed grill and a fattoush salad, which were both very tasty and more than enough for the two of us. They have a great dessert selection too, including baklava, a variety of delicious-looking cakes, Dubai chocolates, and gelato. Definitely better than most 4-star restaurants on Google Maps. I think they're more oriented toward takeout, because we had the place nearly to ourselves, but it's comfortable for dining in and has some nice decorative touches despite overall being pretty casual.

My boyfriend and I recently dined at Ali Baba Mediterranean Restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional, especially the Ali Baba Veggie Combo and the Jerusalem Mix Platter. First time here, was not a fan of the food at all. I'm my opinion there is way too much cinnamon in the rice... And for the price of the plates, I feel some kind of vegetable should be included. Over all not a good bang for your buck. Also ordered the baklava, didn't really care for that either. This place just wasn't for me.

If you haven’t tried the Dubai strawberry chocolate cup you are missing out. The service was slow, but she was working alone and did try her best.
