I called 3 times who ever answer is young you can barely hear anything but I kept asking to place an order she kept saying that she didn't understand what I was saying and I told her that I wanted to place an order for a cake I had to call three times still did not get it done so I'm going somewhere else she was rude

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband, the lady was real helpful with getting what I needed. Everyone loved the cake and it tasted fantastic. Only problem the box was kinda flimsy holding the cake. The cake was 3 layer red velvet, 9 inch cake. But I will order again. Kinda pricey but so good.

Had them make my daughter a Minnie Mouse cake for her second birthday. It cost me $90 for this cake. It turned out nothing like the picture (which we agreed on that it would look like). Aside from that the time that I was supposed to pick it up was 2:00pm. I get a call the day of her birthday asking if 3:00pm would be an okay time to pick it up. I show up around 3:10 to pick the cake up and they told me that it wouldn't be ready till 3:30 and that the ticket said so. So not only was the cake made not to my specifications but it was also made late. Not worth the money. Totally overrated.

I ordered a smash cake for a 1 year photo shoot for my son. I emailed them a picture and everything. The associate who took my order said it would be ready Friday at 10. I go to pick it up and they act as if they never spoke with me. The owner or manager or main baker...whatever her title didn't even come out and apologize. Terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Ever!
