Alley 41 has a low-key vibe but the food packs serious flavor. We ordered a bunch of dishes for the table—standouts were the生爆盐煎肉 (dry-fried pork with garlic shoots), super savory and pairs perfectly with rice, and the老妈雪豆蹄花汤 (pork trotter stew with beans), which was rich and comforting. The海味毛血旺 had a good mix of duck blood, tripe, and even some seafood, and the纸包椒香炝锅鱼 came wrapped in paper and opened tableside—fun presentation and the fish stayed tender.

Visited the Flushing location and was surprised by how affordable it is. Most dishes are $10+, and even the more expensive ones are just low $20s. We ordered a lot and still felt it was great value. Food quality was excellent—no misses at all. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. Will definitely come back!

Really good and authentic Sichuan food! I tried most of the classic dishes and I loved all of them. My only complaint is that everything was a bit too salty but I think that’s inevitable since Sichuan food just has so many spices and is packed with flavor. The place looks small initially but is actually really long and there’s a basement too with extra seating. I would definitely come back here when craving Sichuan food. Sautéed beef w. two kinds of pepper 7/10 - Too spicy for my liking (though it does have a spice level of 2 chilis on the menu) Double cooked pork belly w. chili leeks 9/10 Sesame cold noodle w. sliced pork belly in garlic sauce 9/10 - This was one of my favorite new dishes! Sautéed baby shrimp w. egg 8/10 Steamed whole fish w. fresh green pepper (tilapia) 9/10

Pork noodles were delicious! Good service. Food came quickly and we all enjoyed it a lot. Fish was very flavorful. We were able to request for the crispy beef to be more dry instead of oily, so that tasted great as well!
