Almighty Pit BBQ

Our new spot! We decided to try Almighty Pit BBQ after the kids track practice and I'm so glad we did. Our server was very sweet and attentive. She anticipated all of our needs before we had to ask for anything. The owner Stanley came out to greet us and welcomed us as if we were personal guests in his home. He told us a little about himself and let us sample his amazing sauces. They were all delicious, but I really liked the blueberry BBQ sauce. All of our food was delicious! The food came out hot and the portions were very nice. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered some of his homemade ice cream to go. It was the perfect treat to top of a delicious meal. Almighty BBQ is where it is. To begin, I’ve been in GA for almost 20 years and have never had this level of customer service. On each visit, the owner Stanley has come out to personally greet me. The staff there is warm and inviting and really make you feel like a guest in their home… not a customer. It is clean. For those reasons alone, I will return. The food is delicious. I had oxtails, rice and cabbage and they were tender, fresh and well-seasoned. 😋 Everything tastes home cooked and not canned commercial food. If you are looking for real, soul food, this place does not disappoint.

Hey Gwinnett! I just stopped by The Almighty Pit, and wow…the food is absolute perfection. 🤤 The brisket melts in your mouth, the chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender, and the ribs are perfectly seasoned and juicy. Got the chicken and waffles but they were out of peach and blueberry sauce which was fine. Still one of the best waffles I ever had. The chicken was good, not dry or chewy like some places I had. Customer service was amazing. Will definitely have to come back to try the waffle with the peach or blueberry sauce.

Oh my goodness! Came here today with my mom, the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the flavor was top tier, and the service was very inviting and homely. I will return. Keep up the excellent work.
