Came here for breakfast before going to the cape may lighthouse. It’s a cute little shop. The regular bowls were yummy and a good size(could probably share between 2 people, unless you’re on an empty stomach like I was haha)..a little heavy on the granola for my liking. Will probably ask for less or on the side next time!

Good smoothie açaí bowls down the shore. Only downfall is the wait is too long during peak time. We waited about 40 minutes for two RIO’s, the Monkey Bowl and poyata bowl. It has a good variety of different options for you to try, ranging from smoothie bowls to just smoothies. It’s a must hit destination when your down the shore on your vacation

The place is really cool to visit, but the bowls/smoothies could use some work. We got 2 bowls and a smoothie, and though the flavor was good/fine, both bowls were basically soup when we first got it. It was missing some of the fruit listed as well. Worth a try, but make sure everything is made right.

I got the Marley Bowl and it's so good. The honey is so sweet and the granola is delicious. The large bowl can feed 2-3 people, so it's good to split them. The regular is good for one person. You get so much in the regular size!

The banana coffee smoothie was really tasty. Little surprised though everyone coming in wanted the green smoothie but they just would say they are out of spinach. If I were the owner I’d just say take 10 minutes and go to the acme and pick up more spinach
