Alpha Hibachi

I stopped in after work. 1st time here. The service is great. The food and presentation were also great. Huge portions. I'll definitely be back. It's hard to find good food in this 1 horse town, but here it is. Really good prices too.

The fact that this is in a food truck and open until 1am is INSANE to me. As a hibachi enthusiast who has ventured far an wide trying many, this is among the best and its in a FOOD TRUCK and open until 1AM! Flavor was phenomenal, portion size was ridiculous(huge) and the crab rangoons were full of crab and flavor. 10/10. The lady at the front counter was so nice and accommodating. SUPPORT THIS BUISSNESS!!

Amazing!! We had just got out of a show at thunder Ridge needed late night food. It was rated well, so we have it a try. It lives up to the rating which seems rare in this town. We had chicken hibachi, steak and shrimp hibachi, a sushi roll, and crab ragoons. All were delicious. The crew working looked put at us while eating to make sure we liked it. I ended up adding a bigger tip after eating because it was great. I wanted to go back for all our meals, but I kept trying different stuff around town. Nothing compares!!

Really good hibachi place. Food was amazing. Best my husband, who’s obsessed with oriental food, has ever had. Would recommend.

I loved everything about this place! We ordered bento boxes and they were delicious, and service is amazing and so friendly!! Definitely recommend it!
