Al’s Pizza

I dont usually write comments but the food is excellent and so is the customer service. Deginately The best pizza in jacksonville florida. They have other delicious food on the menu as well. Great chicken wings too. Their ingredients are always fresh and all the food is delicious. You won't be disappointed. Also the manager Elvan who is wonderful and loves his customers and is a kind caring person. He makes sure things are done right and wants you to truly enjoy the food at Als pizza in ponte vedra. Great atmosphere to go eat there. Ordering for delivery is good too. Thank you Elvan for always making our experience at Ponte Vedra Als pizza always a true wonderful experience and fun to go too.

This was my first time at this location. I decided to go here for lunch today, being that I was in the area. I decided to order there cheese and pepperoni calzone. The calzone was cheesy and flavorful, and they even cut it for you too. I didn't have any issues finding a parking spot. I managed to find a parking spot upon arrival. I will definitely return here when ever I'm in this area again.

Had my son's 7th birthday lunch for him and his buddies from school. They were very accommodating and provided excellent service and Pizza. The pizza is always good and the staff has always been friendly every time we've gone. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner especially for pizza.

Got 2 slices of cheese light baked to go, what I got was basically a uncooked pizza. It was flimsy and cold, not to mention soggy. To my understanding, the lady at the front was also a bit snarky, telling me that that’s how the pizzas are made when lightly baked and that I should know that for future reference, she even suggested I put it in the oven? If I go to a restaurant, I’m paying for you to provide me the food already cooked, if I wanted to cook the food myself id go to the grocery store… I didn’t get the woman’s name at the front, but her customer service is awful. I usually have good experiences with Al’s but they definitely dropped the ball with this one. The only saving grace was I got a refund which is why it’s 2 stars instead of 1

Great patio to bring your pups & get tasty food with wonderful service. Bridget was fabulous & very attentive. Pizza was cooked perfect with lots of flavor. Will definitely be back!
