Great good I really enjoyed their butter chicken and garlic naan. The staff was really helpful and offered to explain their menu. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Good price for a specialty restaurant. Portions are large. I would definitely go again.

I am from originally from Puerto Rico and is My first time and my family first time also trying Indian food. I tell you it was everything to me and my family really delicious food . The service was amazing thanks for the hospitality will definitely be back soon .

Just went in and grabbed two take out trays was so yummy! Find meter parking on the streets near by. You won’t regret the min or two walk from your car. They are so friendly and the place is very clean. First time I went into this location myself. $15.99 for buffet very reasonable

Delicious! Old world taste meets small town place. I got out of my comfort zone and decided to sit and eat at Amber Indian in downtown Wilkes Barre. I ordered the Chicken Mushroom with Garlic Naan. The waiter sat me by the window and I got to admire the European Influenced Church Tower and passing bystanders. It made for an excellent atmosphere as I reflected on my personal experiences this week and enjoyed my dish. For desert I ordered the carrot pudding. The best part was the service. Both waiters were friendly and believe it or not I almost left my credit card. They ran outside to return it to me. I was very grateful. Excellent dining experience.

Absolutely incredible experience at Amber Indian Express! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome and genuinely appreciated. The food is beyond delicious—rich in flavor, perfectly seasoned, and truly feels like you’re sitting in India enjoying some of the finest authentic cuisine. I’ve been here three times in one week, and that alone says everything. Every visit has been consistently amazing, and it is worth every single penny. The prices are very affordable, the restaurant is spotless, and the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. If you haven’t tried Amber Indian Express yet, RUN—don’t walk—there. This place is an absolute gem in Wilkes-Barre and easily one of my favorite dining spots. Highly, highly recommend! 👏🍛✨
