American Deli

This has become our Favorite restaurant in Dothan for take out. The Wings are awesome. Reubens is excellent. The Lamb Gyro is also outstanding. Philly steak is good. The fries are great. Salads are awesome. Shrimp was great. The fish we didn't care for. Otherwise, it's a great place with Good People and good food at a great price. 👍 I highly recommend American Deli.

Food was ok. It used to be amazing. Change in management 3 times in the last year has service and food quality going down. They will no longer allow you to order over the phone. It takes 30 minutes or longer to get the food so if you are on lunch break from work choose another place. District manager was in today with a tattoo on his forehead. I get its fast food but put a hat on to cover it up at least. Rude customer service today as well.

Evertime I visited there from time to time, the staff are friendly, there food is great and service was great. Overall, I love it! Too all the staff, keep the good work!

My kids & I drove from enterprise today for some good old’ American Deli .. we got 3 different plates two 6piece wings one honey and one mild both with fries the third plate was supposed to be a 10 piece hot with Lemmon pepper sprinkles I get the food head back to Enterprise and I quickly turned my car around because the 10 piece hot lemon pepper was like a honey sauce on it, I go back and ask it to be remade the associate Edward at the window refused and said that “I didn’t listen” he then proceeded to say he would NOT refund my money or remake my food after I spent almost $40 at this establishment, he also closed the window on me several times stating that he was calling his lawyer! Which is ridiculous! My kids and I love American Deli but today Edward displayed POOR customer service as

Don't recommend next time I'll be going to Ozark or eufaula they wouldn't start my order over the phone without pay first . Then once I get there the white girl up charge me for everything charging a totally different price than what I was given over the phone for the same exact order. Very inconvenient to be given two different prices also to have to wait for my food to be prepared when I tried ordering ahead of time!!!!!
