American Deli

This is not an American Deli!! This restaurant goes by a new name called chicken factory. I ordered the honey hot wings and they tasted like sweet and sour with hot sauce. Eyyuckkkk!

**UPDATE** I’m not sure if it’s because I ordered through UberEats and they didn’t know it was me (I come here often as a walk in), but customer service should be at 100% regardless. I placed an order on UberEats for a beef Philly, called the location literally less than 1 minute from placing the order to ask if they could put light onions and peppers on my sandwich as usual (UberEats doesn’t allow this type of note while ordering), they agreed, only for me to get my meal and it was so sloppy and FILLED with onions and peppers to the point there was barely any meat, I tried to pick the sandwich up and it fell apart and revealed even more onions and peppers UNDER the sandwich, I don’t know if that was some sort of a sick joke or what but it was baffling; pissed me off so bad I ended up goin

I thoroughly enjoy dining at American Deli, as it evokes memories of my time residing in NYC and frequenting cafés to order classic American cuisine. American Deli consistently serves high-quality, fresh food. My experiences at the two Atlanta locations I have visit9ed have always been positive, with fresh and delicious food being consistently available.

This plane is busy but has a system which moves as it should. For a busy place I must say the customer service is great, the beautiful dark skinned woman with the long black straight hair who basically runs the place, is on point, very relatable and warm so don't play with her she'll get you right.
