We’ve been coming to American Deli about once a month for a long time now, and when it comes to the food and service, this place is consistently excellent. The flavors are spot on, and the cooks clearly take pride in making every meal taste great. The regular staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. However, there’s one thing that makes the overall experience less enjoyable, and unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the food or the regular employees—it’s the owners. On multiple visits, we’ve noticed the owners standing around making exaggerated, unpleasant, almost mocking facial expressions, not just towards their workers, but toward paying customers as well. The customer service is TRASH.. I used to come here a lot but stop because whoever taking orders always got an attitude! WHY choose a job where you know you going to be working with customers if you can’t even communicate with them without being rude… just for the food to still not be right!

This location has cooks that can't or won't read. I have never gotten my order correct at this location. I always order no mushrooms and no peppers only extra cheese and light onions on my sandwich it is never correct
