When people want mustard it should be available not everyone eats ketchup with fries .. I’m a sweet tea gal and there was none in the front or back.. I had a Ruben sandwich and thought it tasted sour .. the wait was a little long

Never again! Last night, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I received the wrong order and went back to the counter to complain. The lady at the register admitted that the guy who made my order had made a mistake but When I asked if they could remake my Philly cheesesteak, she told me no . She said I should’ve looked at it before leaving, so she couldn’t help me. I explained that I just got off work after a 12 hr shift and was tired so I had only glanced at the wigs and fries to add seasoning salt to the fries, but not the Philly because I assumed it was right. However My Philly had lettuce and tomatoes on it. I was shocked that someone would even put lettuce and tomatoes on a Philly cheesesteak like who does that? I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had a

I would rate the cleanliness of the lobby (at the front counter) -5 stars. There was standing water all over the floor that wreaked of raw sewage and the employees kept walking through it and around it instead of mopping it up! Very unsanitary! All they did was prop the entry door open to ventilate the restaurant. Plus, there current sanitation score is a 91. I don't eat from restaurants that score less than a 95. The whole building needs to be renovated and the owner should hire new employees with better attitudes.

Today was my last time patronizing this location. Every encounter I’ve had with the woman owner has been marked by rudeness, racism, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Today, I calmly expressed that her attitude toward customers is consistently poor and that all patrons deserve to be treated with respect. In response, she denied me service, called me a “Black B” and told me to leave her store—all while standing there with her tongue out in a mocking, childish manner. I am deeply hurt and appalled by this experience. No paying customer deserves this kind of treatment, especially within the Black community that businesses like this rely on for support. I thank God for grace and self-control, and I believe that the energy she puts into the world will eventually return

My wings were coated in reused slimy sauce. I know this for a fact because they were NOT fresh and It didn’t taste anything like Lemon Pepper, they were horrible. My fries were also not fresh and felt microwaved. I waited no less than 3-5 minutes after placing my order and thought that was waaaay too fast for fresh wings at $12. The place is also sketchy.. the windows boarded up on one side. Would not recommend.
