American Deli

We stopped by American Deli for lunch, and overall the food was solid. The wings were good. I recommend the sweet chili sauce and the fries were decent. No complaints about the taste. That said, I did feel like $26 for two lunch combos was a bit pricey. It’s not that the food wasn’t good, but for a casual spot, the value didn’t fully match the price. Just something to keep in mind if you’re grabbing a quick lunch.

Basically aa normal of a tucker lil restaurant as you can get. The landscaping is asphalt when you walk in 7 employees will be directly behind the counter arguing amongst themselves until the all notice you simultaneously at which point, in unison everyone exchanges their point of view they are trying to impose on their coworker with a rough, "what the heck do you want" glare directly into your soul. If you know about the Holy Moly Donought shop and you would love to eat there than this is gona be perfect. For all the other people that care about what they ingest I would not recommend this one....if there are some reviews that might make you think, "hey, I like cheesesteaks too." So yesterday evening i entered the establishment as a door dasher i was greeted by a older hispanic man i did not catch his name he was so kind and so busy assisting everyone not only us but once no one needed help at the counter he began to assist the kitchen team i had 2 orders i got the first one from him and let him know the name of the second order he told me 10 - 15 mins as he went to help his team an older Asian man came to the counter i went to my car waiting patiently then came back inside made sure the guest were assisted before asking again so were like 20 mins in at this point so i ask the hispanic but he was so busy working orders and didn’t have time to look so i asked the Asian and let him know ive been waiting 24 mins for rice he’s like he doesn’t know didn’t look and st

I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even the homeless. I can’t believe I brought my family here to dine in. The level of service was horrible. We came at 7:30pm. I’m assuming the closing time for this particular location on Sunday night was 8:30 because around 8:15 my family was told they were closed and we needed to stop eating and exit the building so they could go home. I would never return here not even to spend a $1.50 on a bowl of fries. The staff here is not diverse at all, they were all of spanish decent, Mexican I believe. I’m not sure if we were treated so poorly because we are an African American family. 10-9-18 - Wings - had Lemon Pepper wet, Honey Hot, and Hot wings; large fry; and 2-liter of Sprite. Not too crowded, but quite full and all were satisfied. Great service from behind the counter and the cooks as well. They all made sure we were taken care of. The food came out in good time, and was hot and fresh. All American Deli's aren't the same, from the service to the size of the wings, to the containers they are placed in.
