American Kolache

Oh my goodness!! These beef hot link kolache’s are like crack. You also have to try the jalapeno cheddar. Take the time to stop by for breakfast or mid morning snack. You will not be disappointed. Went inside a was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming environment . They have all kinds of variety of breaded deliciousness.

I stopped in at American Kolache (next to Starbucks by Meijers on Lima Road) to see what it was all about. The kolaches are basically like a big, yummy dinner roll stuffed with your choice of a generous filling, from sweet to savory. I ordered the jalapeno popper kolache for $4.15. The server asked if I wanted it warm to eat right away. I said yes. She was very friendly and attentive. There were probably 30 or more choices. These are definitely worth a try. Very unique and yummy!

Wife and I stopped here while charging the car on our trip to Fort Wayne and this place is amazing! We tried an assortment of kolache’s and all were outstanding. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were very polite and welcoming. You can get some to go, we did. What a gem of a place, highly recommend!

First time going today! I had tried one a coworker shared with me and I had to stop in and get some it was so good! The staff was very polite and friendly while I arrived right at closing time😬 The kolaches were AMAZING🙏 definitely worth a stop in if you’re in the area. Very wide variety of options too, will definitely be back👍

Surprisingly large variety of flavors! I was in for breakfast and got a sausage egg and cheese and a chorizo egg and cheese, which were very good!! Very flavorful and perfect temperature. Also tried some of the fruit pastries (apple and a blueberry) which were good as well. I’d be interested to try at lunchtime the pizza or crab Rangoon! Atmosphere was nice, employees were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
