Why they do us like that on New Years Day? Asked for sauce on the side but didn't quite expect it to look like this. Fries looked a bit undone too. Thank you to the staff who worked that day but y'all didn't have to do us like that. You could have put the sauce in a cup or some aluminum if you didn't have anymore dipping cups.

Just called three times to place an order. First , someone picked up the phone without answering and hung up. Second time calling, no answer, third time calling, hang up so phone would stop ringing. This is a new location that just opened. What's going on with the rude customer service?

I live nearby and I’ve tried several of the America’s Best Wings in the area. THIS ONE, at Addison Plaza, is the best. My wings are perfectly seasoned and sauced every time. The fries are portioned well, the staff remembers who I am and greet me warmly like an old friend. I like their food and they’re quick as they claim to be. EAT HERE! I promise you won’t regret it

This location to me is not up to par of the franchise Americas best has become. I went here today and ordered the grilled catfish and shrimp meal. Both items reached live they had been cooked this morning and just warmed up when i ordered. The catfish was a little hard and burned, the shrimp was burned hard and tasted old. I love americas best but this location i will definitely never visit again

Chicken wings hard as a rock trash almost cracked my tooth I don't need my chicken cooked that hard grease and salt All you taste 🤮🤮🤮 🗑️🗑️🗑️ The nerve to charge $15 for only 10pc... I could have went to Popeyes 🥰🥰
