Amina Thai Silver Spring

This is a Thai restaurant that I really love. The chef is Thai, and the food tastes truly authentic. I especially enjoyed the Pad Thai — it was rich, flavorful, and tasted just like the ones in Thailand. Another dish I highly recommend is the Pad Kee Mao; it was absolutely delicious and something I’d love to eat again. The staff here are very friendly and provide great service. If I visit this place again, I would definitely come back to this restaurant. It’s become one of my favorite spots. Oh, and don’t forget to try the Thai milk tea — it’s a famous drink in Thailand and a must-try!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic! We had an incredible meal at Amina Thai in Silver Spring. Everything we ordered—spring rolls, mini veggie samosas, green curry with tofu and vegetables, pad lo mein with tofu, spicy eggplant with chicken, and Thai iced tea—was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was impressively quick. The cozy, relaxed atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Thai food with great vibes!

Deeeeeeeeelicious. Recommended by a client of mine. I give it 5 stars because I actually hate tofu. I’ve tried it several times before, ( different places) I’m having dinner with a friend and she ordered tofu. I tried it again….. deeeeelicious. I would actually order it (HERE). I ordered the yellow curry w/beef. Delicious as well. I have a new place to eat.

Coming from South East Asia myself, I can attest that the foods here are authentic! I came with my family and they all really enjoyed the food. We drove an hour away for this and it’s worth it. We even ordered an additional to-go menu even after we’re full! Loved it! You won’t be disappointed!

I was excited because of the halal Thai. But not so very happy about the foods. The soup was good. Also liked the curry with mango (forgot the name) and didn’t like the pineapple curry. Not as good as we expected. Fried banana was good. Also, I think the hot tea is better then ice tea since they just put ice on the tea. It looks delicious but doesn’t taste great. If you ask one thing to must have, I’ll say the fried Banana split. Their location is very good. Right in silver spring downtown. But still the Resturant was empty on a Saturday evening when we got there.
