Ampersand Ice Cream

Who doesn’t love amazing ice cream?! I wouldn’t be lying if I said this is hands down the best ice cream I have eaten in the entire state. Every bite is such rich and full of flavor and out of the 6 flavors we tried were amazing! Such love and quality of ingredients incorporated into every flavor. Rest assured they have their stable cadre of flavors but they have rotating seasonal flavors that are mind blowing. The service is top notch and more than willing to make sure everyone can try what is available if they are interested. Thank you to the staff to made our family outing that much more special. We’ll be back, until then we’ll see you at the next ice cream gathering.

I'll start off by stating that I am a veteran and do have a service dog due to my disability. I went in to get some ice cream with my service animal and was discriminated and treated poorly. Upon entering a staff member told me that dogs are not allowed. I informed her that it's a service animal and she proceeded to ask what task is it train to do. Which is a legally an acceptable question.I informed her and she looked at me with disbelief and decided to not provide me with service. So I was left standing there until another worker decided to assist me. I did ask to speak with a supervisor which one was available. The supervisor came and was dismissive of what had transpired and did not care. Overall a horrible experience at this location and very disappointed. No one should be discriminat

I love this ice cream shop. Their standard flavors are always delicious, and the monthly specials are such a fun surprise every time—they really keep things exciting. My only wish is that they offered online ordering for quick pick-up. The lines tend to get long, and a lot of people take time sampling flavors, while I usually know exactly what I want. Online ordering would make the experience absolutely perfect.

A great place to grab new & exciting ice cream flavors each month! My personal fave of the regular selection is Honeycomb, followed closely by the Whiskey Caramel Swirl. My wife enjoys the the Bordeaux and Chocolate Chip. The have great vegan options, too! They do not disappoint.

The ice cream is good. I've only tried a few flavors. But the scoops are so small for the cost. It is about ½c size for about $4. Come on. That's crazy. I wouldn't go all the time. The place is small I some so not a lot of seating. Even if the line is long it goes pretty quick.
