Amstrdm Coffee is our go-to coffee spot whenever we’re in Paso Robles. The coffee is always delicious, consistently smooth, and exactly what I need to start the day. I also love how cozy and laid-back the vibe is. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, sip, and just enjoy the moment. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always welcoming, which makes every visit feel easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re grabbing something quick before wine tasting or settling in for a morning pick-me-up, this place hits every time. Go try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best cafe in town! Clean and comfortable space with friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend the Amstrdm Breakfast sando with croissant. the pastry is light and flaky, layered with tender eggs and avocado. Definitely ask for their famous homemade fermented hot sauce!

The barista was so sweet. I was meeting someone and don't normally go out for coffee, I told her just to make me what she likes. It was a caramel something and so delicious. Plenty of seating. And a nice quiet place to work or relax.

The cappuccino was a major failure. No foam whatsoever. The taste was fine but not worth the cost. When I walked in there was one person taking orders and making the food and drinks. After about 10 minutes someone else came in to make the drinks. Service was nice but unfortunately too slow. I probably won't be back. It also seemed dark and I gave the illusion of being dirty.

My wife and I have been to Amsterdam for coffee a few times, coffee is good but the food is subpar for the price and what it is. Would reccomend for coffee, not so much for food. Staff wasnt rude but I wouldn't say they were kind either. Theyre ususally pretty cold. The atmosphere is nice, love the open windows. Here's a photo of the pesto chicken sandwich.
