They sold $11 ham sandwich when web says $8.50. Their jalapeños and pickles are way old and salty… Not recommended.

They ruined every item on my order. Forgot 1 sandwich when the order was delivered. ....didnt put the bacon IN the omelette as requested. Had 1 tiny sliver of Taylor ham on 1 sandwich. 2 tiny pieces of bacon on a BLT.......Last time ever ordering here. Don't waste your. $$ or your time ordering from herewas I threw the menu away, our entire company was disappointed

They've gotten my order wrong one time too many. Not long ago I ordered a few bagel/lox/capers/tomato/onion for some family I had visiting from out of state. They left out the tomatoes and onions, and gave hardly any capers at all. I felt so duped, because I've been unimpressed in the past but I really wanted to give them another chance. I mean, they deliver! How awesome would it be if they just got the food right! When I called to talk to them about the messed up order, the woman on the phone just seemed annoyed, and to make up for the mistake she offered to take 50 cents off of my order "for the tomatoes." Yes. 50 cents. In all honesty, the bagels here aren't fresh and nothing is ever mind blowing. Skip this place and head over to Bergen Blvd Bagels or even Binghamton bagels.

Not to sound sexist but the need to hire males. All the women here take so long to make a sandwich i know they want it to look nice but when theres a line of people working you need to hurry up. The roast beef was brown no red or pink so i passed on that ordered the chicken cutlet sandiwich they pull out the chicken from the fridge and it was so rubbery food is horrible
