Big RED FLAG! My hamburger steak and with onions were Luke warm on the outside and cool on the inside. It seems like it may have been partially reheated from a leftover (onions were extremely overcooked, yet lukewarm). I had to send my food back to be heated up. My wife’s rice was not hot. Perhaps the system that keeps the food hot wasn’t working properly.

no soul in the food. ppl just eat it out of habit. mac n cheese always overcooked with not enough cheese and salt, and the greens ain’t what they supposed to be either, not nasty, BUT not good either.

You would think after waiting 30 minutes for them to make my food and another 25 minutes to pay my food would be fresh. It wasn’t fresh at all. The older man that does the sides is the only friendly one. The rest had attitudes and complained. This place isn’t nothing like it use to be! $27 down the drain!

Anderson’s Diner is my go to spot for a home cooked/soul food meal! Of course, like any other food establishment, they have their good days as well as bad days, but overall, it’s a decent meal. I usually order the pork chop plate with collard greens & black eyed peas! The cornbread is amazing! The servers usually provide generous portions so it’s well worth the money! If you plan on going on a Sunday, be prepared to wait a while (that’s a busy day for them)…overall, I highly recommend this business!

Awesome place to eat in and take out. My favorite is the smothered turkey wings (Delicious). The staff are courteous and helpful and service is fast. Definitely recommend.
