Ann Street Inn & Garden

We (2 girlfriends and I) had a ball at this lovely Inn. The rooms are unique, so pretty, and each had their own en suite bathrooms! The common areas were beautiful, too, all decked out for Christmas, and we loved hanging out on the porches! The location of this inn in downtown Beaufort couldn't be better, just a few blocks walking gets you to Front St. with adorable shops, rooftop restaurants, gorgeous waterfront views. It's proximity to New Bern & Morehead City also make it an attractive spot. Can't wait to go back in the spring and see the Inn's garden in full bloom...what a perfect place for a small wedding & reception, a family gathering, or a romantic glass of wine with your "honey!" A friend and I stayed here on our way back home from a week at the beach to explore Beaufort. We are so glad we did ! Donna and John treated us like family and could not have been more accommodating. The Inn is extremely charming and welcoming. We had a room on the second floor off a lovely porch overlooking Ann Street. Every detail was covered to make our stay cozy and also fun, as we were able to walk everywhere in town and to the waterfront from this perfect location. The breakfast was delicious! This was such a pleasant experience! All the rooms are gorgeous and I LOVE the garden tubs. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of toiletries and goodies. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I loved being outside on the porch. It’s nice and big, and it has comfy seating! The views are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. 10/10 recommend. Go treat yourself RIGHT NOW! ** UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ** Stayed here over Thanksgiving. Host and hostess went above and beyond. We contacted them Thanksgiving morning (last minute change of plans) and they had a room prepared for us by noon on THANKSGIVING. No other places were even answering. Hospitality and food were amazing. Completely renovated. They bought this place 2-3 months ago, so ignore any reviews before that. They have a hospitality background and have done an amazing job upgrading everything. So pleasant to talk to !

The Ann Street Inn met all of my expectations! The front porch was lovely, wide and open. The yard looked landscaped and just pretty. The new owners have made such wonderful changes. You can tell they love the Ann Street Inn. I will definitely be back!
