Annpurna Indian Delight Food Truck

I was out for a walk when I noticed this truck parked In the Publix Pointe lot off of Kelly Rd and Olive Chapel Rd in Apex, (behind Culver's). Had never seen any food truck in this lot before before so walked up to check it out. Spoke with the owners who were real friendly and courteous. They said this is the new location and will be here from 3:30pm-8:30pm. I'm glad I discovered this and too see all the good previous reviews. The menu looks quite interesting. Can't wait to try some of the dishes.

I wish we had photos but we ate the food too fast! Everything was delicious. We ordered the butter chicken with rice and added a side of naan, The samosas and perri perri fries which were perfectly cooked. My only suggestion would be a little more butter chicken for the price but it was delicious! My daughter said, "wow that's the first time we ever cleared our food!" Customer service is friendly and fast. We will definitely order again!

The filled gol gappay were absolutely perfect exactly as per my expectations! The taste was fresh and flavorful, with the right balance of spice and tanginess. The quality was outstanding, and I was very impressed with the generous quantity. Every bite was satisfying, and it truly felt like great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, high-quality gol gappay!

It’s very very hard to find a place that has gluten free options at a fair but this place has just that. I ordered the butter chicken at the food truck location in the Carolina classic fair. I have a gluten allergy and they were knowledgeable about what does and doesn’t have gluten. It’s been about 30 minutes and I haven’t had any reactions so far. (Normally I know immediately if it has gluten or not) The rice was well seasoned but slightly dry, however the sauce in the butter chicken canceled that out. The chicken has a slight kick to it but it’s not overpowering. I love it overall and the customer service was great. Def recommend :)
