Anto's Pizza Romana

We have been trying to eat here since October. We live in Wilmington NC and come to Conway at least once a month. Every time we came they had ran out of dough. Two weeks ago we scored! They were open, had a table and it was worth the hour wait!! The pizzas were amazing! We had enough for lunch the next day. The place smells amazing even if you don't eat pizza. The service is great!!

Anto’s Pizza is an absolute home run! We ordered a simple pepperoni on their sourdough crust (round) and a meat lover on the focaccia crust (square), and both were fantastic. The flavors were spot on, but that focaccia crust… wow. It was incredible—thick, airy, perfectly crisped—and easily my new favorite. We also grabbed six garlic knots, and let me just say: best in town, hands down. Soft, buttery, garlicky perfection. Conway is so lucky to have a place like Anto’s. We went around 1 p.m., and the wait was just under an hour, exactly what I expected given their reputation—and it was absolutely worth every minute. We’ll definitely be back. Anto’s crew, you’re crushing it! 🍕🔥

This is definitely the best pizza in Myrtle beach. Gave a 4 star rating just because it’s not GREAT pizza. It’s just above average for the area. And the 2 hour wait (in February 2026) for a singular pie and garlic knots was absolutely not worth it.

We got out to try Conway’s famous “burnt” pizza tonight…..OMG definitely worth the wait! It is literally the best pizza I have ever had. The only bad part is they won’t deliver to Moncks Corner. We got johnny’s homemade garlic knots (fresh garlic 🤤) , leo’s meatlover pie, blue bird’s buffalo chicken pie (sorry I’m not a blue cheese girly so I had just bird’s buffalo chicken pie with a side of their homemade ranch….AMAZINGGGGG!) 100000/10 recommend! Tip call ahead so they can have it ready by the time you get there. 😉 P.S. They’re only empty because we were one of that last ones for the night before they sold out but when we got there every table was full with a line out the door!

Anto’s makes really great pizza. We lined up on a Tuesday in November at 10:35 and by 11:00 when they opened, it was down the street. Absolutely worth it! We got some NY slices and a full Roman Style “Pop Ron”Pizza with Pepperoni. I liked the round a little more, but both were great. I think the owner, Anthony has won 2025. Anto’s just celebrated their 1 year anniversary and already have lines out the door and sell out daily. He won first place at the Pizza World Cup in Rome for his focaccia, is getting visited by state senators for what he is doing for Conway, SC and his Eagles won the Super Bowl. Pretty darn good year.
