If I could give a negative rating, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant experiences I’ve had. From the start, she was rude, dismissive, and displayed absolutely zero basic social or customer-service skills. She abruptly cut the call when I asked about her notary charges, and even after I arrived in person, my friend and I had to ask four times before she would answer a simple question about pricing. What should have been a straightforward notarization for a car registration transfer turned into a completely unnecessary ordeal. She then proceeded to cross-question me in an intrusive, micromanaging manner - asking why I was transferring the registration, whether I was new to the area, and when I moved - questions that were entirely inappropriate and irrelevant. Used her services twice already! She is very quick and has a reasonable price. Respond after hours or when you need. I really appreciate her service.

Anu is very personable. She provides same day services and was very reassuring because I was very nervous about the process. When she found out that her platform has issues with international ENotarization, she immediately referred me to a competent colleague who eventually helped me to complete the notarization online. I highly recommended her services.

I had to wait 30 minutes, even though I had an appointment for a simple notarization. I understand the notary was with another client, but it was frustrating to see them engaged in casual conversation while I waited. On top of that, I was charged $15 to notarize a single page with both my and my wife’s signatures. I won’t be returning to this notary.

Anu was wonderful to work with! She was able to see us last minute on a Sunday afternoon, was very professional & took the time to explain our next steps. Her fee was reasonable; we would definitely use her services again & recommend her wholeheartedly.
