Apple Gourmet Deli LIC

Their Chicken Pot Pie soup is delicious. It was served hot and was still hot when I came back to my office to eat it. And it wasn't over seasoned. For the price I found it good. I will definitely come in the morning and try their breakfast items. I'm betting by the look things here and pleasant staff they are. Very pleased to find this place in this area.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food — it was part of my routine, especially before getting my hair done. I’ve trusted this place and recommended it to others. But during my most recent visit, I found a dead cockroach inside my burrito — after I had already eaten half of it. It was shocking, disturbing, and incredibly disappointing. I never imagined something like this could happen at a place I’ve supported for so long. I’m sharing this experience because it’s a serious health concern. I truly hope the restaurant takes this situation seriously and makes the changes needed to ensure this never happens to another customer.
