Applebee's Grill + Bar

3/30/25. Stopped in for a quick dinner and the were plenty of seats. The restaurant was very inviting, clean and playing light music. The restaurant was also clean and neat. I had the classic cheeseburger and a sweet tea.. the burger was much better than any fast food joint. My server was Nick and he did a great job.

Our server Shelby was great. Carpet was clean and it was busy but quite. Had games on for you game lovers.

We love Applebee's and this is one of the better ones in the area. Our food is always fresh, it's always delicious and the staff is always extremely helpful and so friendly. We even got the wrong order one night when we did carside to go and they addressed it immediately and made sure we felt comfortable with the solution. Definitely will continue to come back. Highly recommend

We should have been clued in when we came in for lunch at 12:30 and there were only a couple of customers. My friend ordered the chicken wrap and she said it was very tasteless and had no signature type flavor at all. She also got a Caesar salad and said the dressing did not taste like Caesar. I got the bone-in chicken plain due to allergies and it was very dry and tasteless. My fries were also soggy and cold. The service and food were mediocre at best. I used to love Applebee's and it had been quite a long time since I had eaten there. There are too many other options to waste my $$ at Applebee's. I won't be back.

Gave us plastic spoon for hot soup, didn't melt the cheese on a grilled cheese, messed up salad. Gave attitude when asked for ranch. Shelby, you need to train your kitchen staff to read the slips and make sure they are serving accurate and tasty food.
