Applebee's Grill + Bar

While at the resturant on a Sunday evening, I was surprised to see an employee walking around on his cell, texting. Another employee was seated at the bar talking loudly on her cell while drinking a beverage. The bar needed to be wiped down but no one took care of that. The service was poor. When the food was finally served, the order was wrong. I'm bot even sure if the young man tending bar is old enough to serve drinks. I will return to this location on a Sunday to watch the game.

This location is absolutely horrible. We got there at 4pm was told there was a 20 minute wait, waited 30/35 minutes for a table, got seated for us to be at 4:45 without a server or drinks. We watched the same tall, white, brunette man with glasses walk in a circle not doing a lick of anything 5 times. when we finally walked out by 4:55 the table behind us who got seated 10 minutes before us hadn’t gotten a server or drinks either. I’m am absolutely disappointed as we’ve been there plenty of times before.

Me and my family arrived around 11pm my daughter went inside to see how long the wait was going to be she was told 15 mins so we go inside to wait another young lady comes in around 11:15pm so we waiting to be seated at a table remind you it tables available because nobody is really in the restaurant the person that greets you is just chilling with us up the front walking back and forth so the young lady that came in after us asked if she could talk to the manager because now it’s almost going on 12am so after a while the manager Priest comes out and saves the night/morning 😊 even though they close at 12 he went out his way to still let us dine in and served us with a great and professional attitude Thanks again

This was not a good experience...not only did our party of 6 wait almost an hr to be seated ....another 30 mins to even take out drink order and an hr for food ..the mozzarella sticks were cold ..like they just been sitting forever ..ok cheese is weird moving on ..the waffle fries with burnt bacon were cold like you were biting into a wedge of cold grease ...so not only did we just wait 2 hrs for food but we waited for cold food .. our server was super.. he did an amazing job trying to keep everyone happy around us ..apologized several times ..we kno it wasnt his fault ..we appreciate you my guy ...while we don't mind a wait... it does happen ..all the cold coagulated food was enough to make me open my mouth ..all that was unnecessary..at a half empty restaurant..so many booths nd tables o

Horrible customer service. Firstly, it took 45 minutes for us to be served when it was not busy. Secondly, the menu was highly confusing, and it took 3 different employees to serve us and help us with an inquiry about a deal on said menu. The waitress also came back and claimed that the drinks that we ordered did not exist until I showed it to her directly on the menu. Additionally, I was given the wrong dish by a waitress, who was followed by her manager, who then snatched it out of my hand. When the correct food was finally brought out to us, the food was dry and not up to par. We will not be returning to this location.
