Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came here Friday night for the 2 for $25 deal to go. The order was ready to go and service was fast. However the food was not of good quality. I felt like McDonald’s could have done a better job.. I ordered the cheese sauce cheese burger and The 8oz sirloin steak with a few add ons bringing the total to $37. Let me start with the burger was very dry and felt like the burger was sitting for hours fries where soggy and not very desirable. Moving on to the steak it was ordered medium well and felt more like well because it was very chewy and hard. Seemed like the meat was of very low quality. On the other hand the mozzarella sticks where very good.. it has been 10 years that I didn’t go to a Applebees and sad to say it might be another 10 years before I go back.

Outstanding dining experience at this Applebee's... we were there the day before the Rose Bowl... Go IU! Team members provided excellent customer service, and Matt, the manager, led the way! Friendly, fun, and fast... Thanks, Matt, for going above and beyond to serve us as your guests... it's appreciated very much!

Was at this spot when they just opened a couple years ago. Came in to try their $9.99 deal. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, and the$9.99 burger. Total came up for $40.99, including tax. Service is good. Food tastes good. The maker's peach sour is a bomb 👍

Oh my god I am still in shock by the manager working there last night, Leo. He has absolutely has no clue about great customer service and satisfaction. He told me and my mother never to return to the restaurant again after I tried to use my free appetizer promo for signing up for Applebees club. First they didn’t honor the all you can eat promo that was listed on THEIR site, then they refused to honor the flagship appetizer promo. This location is a franchise and I guess they make up their own rules and don’t care about customer satisfaction. We love coming here for happy hour before the movies! Great appetizer specials! We typically sit at the bar. Alexis, Anissa, and Sage are great bartenders and take good care of us. The manager Matt is really nice and always checks on us. We enjoy coming here. Highly recommend.
