Applebee's Grill + Bar

Best experience we've had at an applebees in a long time. Quick service and fast with getting out the food. Loved it!

My husband & I went there on Valentine's Day and we thoroughly enjoyed. We went for the 2/$25. We both ordered the Sante Fe Lime chicken. We thought we would try something different and it certainly didn't disappoint. It also included an appetizer and we got the onion rings. It was all delicious and you get a lot. Our waiter was great and checked often to see if we needed anything. Great atmosphere and place to eat.

This location has really declined. It has gone from our go to place to never eating there again. It’s hit or miss with service. The last time we were there we barely saw our server (manager brought out food) and when we did see her she never asked us about anything, never checked on us after food was delivered, couldn’t find her to ask for more drinks, and the two times she was at our table she put the food down and walked away without saying anything. We watched the majority of the restaurant (that came in after us) get their food before us. We were there for an hour before we got our food and were finally told they were out of something we ordered. There has also been a regular pattern of them being out of food. Had an early dinner, 4:15 the day before Xmas Eve and the restaurant was not quite half full. We were cheerfully greeted by the nicest young lady who also would be our waitress, I think her name was Gianna with long black hair. She took our drink order, came right back and took our dinner order. We ordered the pick six boneless chicken wings, a promotion on Mondays which are free, we had the garlic Parmesan with ranch and they were very tasty. I ordered the big cluckin chicken sandwich with fries and it was delicious and hot, husband ordered the Classic cheeseburger with bacon and the works with fries, his was hot and cooked perfectly, he really enjoyed his dinner. Our waitress kept checking on us and she took good care of us. Our food came in a timely fashion and we appreciated that. The

I ordered fries and they were cold and old and the manager replaced them with new fresh ones. I don't know if they just dip the old ones back in oil but that's what it tasted like. So I'm just letting everyone know that this Applebee's does not have good french fries, but the people are nice.
