Applebee's Grill + Bar

I’ve come to this Applebee’s location several times before and usually the food and service are good, but tonight was unfortunately a very different experience. I ordered boneless wings and fries. When the food first came out, both the wings and the fries were extremely cold, like they had been sitting for a long time. I sent them back, and while the wings came back somewhat warm, the fries were still cold and tasted old — like they had been sitting in the fry bin for a while. Overall the food quality tonight was very disappointing. What made things worse is that there didn’t seem to be any real effort to resolve the issue. I will say the bartender working tonight is clearly doing the best she can. She has been nonstop making drinks since we sat down and appears to be responsible for both

Haven't been here in years. A LOT BETTER than I remember. Our server,MJ ,was GREAT!!! Had a minor mishap with an order... no problem, our server contacted the manager, Ricky, he apologized and corrected the issue politely and professionally! GREAT customer service... something hard to come by nowadays... I will definitely be back!!!

This is the best applebees I’ve been to in a LONG TIME! The waitstaff is extremely friendly and professional! Always a great experience with Regenia and Keshia!! Food always good and fresh my kids love the selection for kids meals!

It is important to acknowledge people period when they enter your establishment or working area. I am a driver. I was picking up a order during non peak hours. Not crowded at all. The fact that numerous employees ignored me when the order I was there for was ready and sitting on a counter. A simple may I help you and a hand off would have sufficed. But to ignore me and have me standing there waiting for a hand off is poor customer service. Do better.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Was sitting eating with my CHILD and a ROACH just casually crawled on the table. When I went to talk to a lady at the bar about it she was rude and claimed they didn’t have any until I told her that it’s still there on the table crawling by our food and I have a video that I can’t upload but will upload screenshots
