Applebee's Grill + Bar

I had a great experience at Applebee’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Erin, the manager. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my food came out hot and exactly as ordered. Erin was visible on the floor, checking in with guests and making sure everything was running the way it should. It’s always refreshing to see a manager who’s hands-on and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be back. Great service, great atmosphere, and excellent food!

I've always loved this place. Location and food. Our next door place to go for a decent menu. Lots of options. Great bar with tvs. Love the booth / chair option seating you can get together. Best part was the chocolate lava cake dessert. It was the best I've ever had.

My experience was horrible at the Woonsocket RI location, we waited over a hour for our food for 1, for 2 my shrimp was under cook, for 3 how do ppl come in 30 mins after us get there food before us very unhappy, I paid the bill and left with the food was to mad to eat there to top it off we get home to eat it and that’s when I found my shrimp under cook. Sorry to say u lost this customer and we went there once a week at that smh poor management in the kitchen.. over 60 bucks down the drain

Cynthia was awesome! Drinks were delicious and food was great! Just a little note, A/C can sometimes be cranked up. Hard to enjoy your meal when it's that cold indoors.

Went for a nice meal, which we had but 2 customers sitting at the bar were carrying out a conversation via screaming to each other. Rather than moving to sit next to each other. It ruined our meal
