Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had a lovely time. The food was good, the drinks not so much, and the service and atmosphere need improvement. Also, the portions were much smaller than what they make it seem on the menus. Nonetheless, it is a good spot to meet and get a bite around the mall.

First of all, the staff was very attentive and did not rush us at all. Secondly, the food was amazing, I got an appetizer platter and my three choices were waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. Our sauces were lime chipotle salsa, ranch and marinara sauce. The food was amazing and the sauce multiplied the flavor of the appetizer. Our entrees were delicious, we got a south west chicken bowl and a grilled cheeseburger respectively. The meals were amazing, the staff was quick and the atmosphere was quiet and easy to talk. Keep it up Applebees!

I took my daughter here after a long day of shopping and the services was good.The food was good.The bathrooms are clean. Food came out fast in a very reasonable time.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. It took a very long time for our orders to be taken, and no one checked on us to see if we were doing okay or needed anything. When we finally mentioned this to the waitress, she became upset, and the last margaritas were served in a rude manner. Good service is just as important as good food, and sadly this was lacking during our visit.

First off the staff is wonderful but to have a manager Lavon Williams he is so attentive to the customers, very refreshing to have someone who don’t see me as a dollar but as a human being who is here at Applebees to enjoy a great meal and have someone that check on you during your stay. Mr. Williams he went to all the tables and check on the customers very very refreshing. I dined at the bar we had a young lady that was unreal she made sure there was no empty glasses at the bar kept a smile on her face even under pressure she made sure whoever took a seat she made sure she attended to everyone, Ariana she also was making drinks for the other tables by herself. If Lavon or Ariana go I will never be back. Thank you for having great people like Lavon and Ariana representing your company t
