Applebee's Grill + Bar

Lol, the queso burger was cold, and all stuck to the plate and not sizzling. And check out the kids burger picture I posted. 🤣...They cut a normal burger in half🤣. This place is a Joke. My burger was ice cold and the fries were soggy. Server was super nice, and she felt bad it was such a bad experience. The manager or supervisor stated that they are supposed to make the kids burger "look bigger". 🥴🫠 I don't think I'd eat here for free. Finally the restaurant was almost empty, and the food took forever...so why was it all cold.

I’m not one to leave a review at all let alone a bad one but man I was absolutely blown away at the mediocrity tonight…. As someone who used to frequent this location for years and not too long ago had an amazing steak from here it’s absolutely astonishing the lack of care that went into our food tonight. Now I know chain restaurants are notorious for being mid just in principle but I can honestly say the steak I had tonight was the worst I’ve ever had. As a county boy who grew up poor I’ve ate some questionable meals (was taught to always eat your food and not waste it) so I did tonight and honestly hope like hell I don’t get sick. We got take out and not only did they not give me the mashed potatoes but the steak was pitiful in texture, size, and flavor. The fries were soggy and unseason

Service is rarely good. We come for the food. I think out of 25 times coming to this location, the service was very good 2 times. Today, our wait person was very unfriendly. Very quick at each visit to our table. Sounded irritated when she spoke. We waited 13 minutes after being seated for her to Come get our drink order and give us utensils and napkins. There were only 5 other tables with customers, so it wasn't busy at all.

Came in on a random Saturday for lunch, a relatively slow day maby 4 or 5 tables including us were seated. I had a party of 5, 3 young boys my wife and I. Recived our drinks and appetizer came shortly after, our alcoholic drinks came out and glasses were absurdity sticky. Two of my boys got kids pizza. My wife, oldest and myself placed an order for stakes. The pizzas came out after an appropriate amount of time but then the troubles ensued. After about 35 mins I myself was brought the wrong order and it was sent back. About another 10 mins my wife and sons stake came and I was still waiting. Life happens and I understand things occur. So they begin to eat. About another 15mins of waiting I get up and just ask for mine to be made to go. I should also mention that we requested med rare

I dont go to this restaurant often but tonight my wife and I did. She ordered fish and chips and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and waffle fries. The parking lot was full but inside felt empty. Lots of employees standing around chatting with each other. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, my wife's food hot and my fries very cool. I asked for a refire emediately. The burger looked good but was cooked to an inch of its life, dry and no seasoning. The new order of waffle fries were hot but we're covered in batter and no seasoning. My wife's fish was frozen, tasteless and her fries warm but not seasoned in any way. The entire order, service and manager seemed not interested in being there.
