Applebee's Grill + Bar

I'm gonna hope this Applebee's just had a bad night. No wait to be seated. Our waitress was very nice and polite. That's about it. Food took a while to get out. Food did not come out as hot as I'd expect it to. When our main course was ordered, it was 50 minutes before our food arrived and just like the appetizer, it didn't come out as hot and fresh as I expected. One of our meals had to be remade due to them forgetting about an allergy. A Mac and cheese was left out for our 2 year old. So 50 minutes initial wait plus 20 more minutes for the plate that had to be redone and the forgotten Mac and cheese. We have Been to a lot of Applebee's and unfortunately this one was the worst. We will be back and hopefully i can update my honest review in a positive way.

The food was good and the service was good. The women’s bathroom was atrocious!

Me and my wife went to pick up food to go and nobody came out to the pick up outside and I had to go in and wait for someone to finally speak with to get my food, and went home. Both my wife’s and my meals were extremely small portioned. So I called to complain about it. I spoke with the lady who was supposed to the manager. I did not get her name. She offered me nothing so I ended the call, but I decided to call back and then spoke to a manager named Josh and explained the unsatisfactory service we experienced and the most they offer was a five dollar coupon. I posted a photo of what the meal was supposed to look like the amount and then I posted what I got as you can see in the photos portion is terrible not even a full meal. Traveling and passing through and the food, and service was terrible. The hostess sat us at a booth that was dirty so I asked for another one and she looked confused. So my husband said we will just sit across at a regular table (and I could see the filth under the table more). I had to ask for utensils. My food was terrible and not pleasing to the eye. The waitress messed up my husband's order. So I was so hungry I didn't feel like returning my food also but I barely ate it bc the chicken was tough. The best thing was the pretzels and water! Waitress seemed distracted and they sat some loud teenagers or young adults at the dirty booth next to us and the workers were going to their table talking to them and I heard cursing from the employees while they were talking to them. My husband and I went here for dinner last night. The restaurant was not packed at all, maybe a total of 16 people. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our meal to make it to the table. When it finally did, I found a beard hair in my grilled chicken. I brought it to the trainee waitress’ attention and she stated she would send a manager out. Instead our waitress came out, took my plate and informed me they were making another which I declined. The manager finally came over to speak to us and when I showed him the hair the only words out of his mouth were “that’s crazy”. No apology whatsoever from the manager only the waitresses.
