Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just went this evening after not having Applebees in 10+years… I had the OMCheese burger (I’m a cheese o’holic) and wife had the same. Son had kids quesadillas he liked it daughter had pizza she didn’t like it. The promo burger was good not great, would t recommend unless you’re doing the 2 for $25 like the wife and I did. Star of the show was our waitress Jordan, she was being trained but she was friendly and gave great advice! My boneleas wings came out with sour cream instead of blue cheese, she fixed it in a jiffy, and overall gave us awesome service!

Love me some Applebee's. For me my crew had a great experience but likes any place, now all customers are pleased.

Service was awesome. Excited to try the OM cheeseburger. It was good. Comes out on a sizzling platter.

Went in for lunch on Sunday. Immediately greeted and sat at a booth in the bar area. Well.. sat there over 20 minutes deciding on what to eat and ultimately decided and realized that not a single soul had even been to the table yet to get drink orders or anything. I set a timer for an additional 5 minutes and we waited while staff walked around us. A couple of times, I even said out loud that you must have to sit at the bar to get service. Still nothing. After my timer went off, we got up and headed to the door. There were three employees at the door. The host and what looked like two managers based on shirts they were wearing. The host looked puzzled as if we couldn’t have already finished. I told all three of them we had been sitting for over 20 minutes and have yet to even be acknowledg

Everything we tried to order tonight they were out of! No pastas were available nothing with Alfredo sauce or Caspian Cajun sauce. No onions and peppers the list goes on! It was around 6-7pm so not super late, I just dont get it! This is multiple times now. Applebees needs to do better! Put a sign on the door saying what your out of but to seat us wait for all of us to order drinks, get our drinks, then say oh by the way we are out of half the menu!
