Applebee's Grill + Bar

I was pleased with my experience here. I placed my order online before my work break started. When I got there it wasn’t ready and I was a little upset but the bar tender was kind enough to prioritize my order although he was basically the only one in the restaurant handling the customers. He also gave me a drink while I waited. My spinach dip was fresh and tasted delish! I have yet to find a spinach dip that’s better than Applebees. I have tried several other places and I rate Applebees as #1 for years!

Our server, bless her heart, was in the kitchen helping to make our meal because they were so understaffed. I understand that we had a big party, so we were expecting a bit of a wait. However, it took Josh over 20 minutes to ask for our drink order and 20 additional minutes to receive said drinks. Again, I’m understanding and sympathetic to the fact that he wasn’t going to be our server, but it’s just a lack of attention and care from an industry that relies heavily on tips. Jason was absolutely fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His recommendations were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Truly excellent service—I’d definitely come back because of him!

My family and I a party of 13 went there on January 17 2026 at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon after a memorial service that we had attended for my brother-in-law. We were seated and it was about 35-40 minutes before they even came to the table to take our drink order.
