Applebee's Grill + Bar

i havent been to this applebees in quite a long time but stopped by last night and was super pleased! nevaeh & john made it much better - our server nevaeh was super personable and was very happy to helped me when i had a couple questions. my food came out a bit later than my boyfriends (not a bad wait at all though) and john came by and personally explained why and ensured that it was correct when it did come out. great burst of nostalgia, fantastic service, and such a fun time :) cant wait to go again

Super disappointed in the cinnamon swirls. Looked like the grease needed to be changed and it has been sitting out! To pay $8.49 and the product looked and tasted awful was really disappointing. The grill cheese burger was awesome! Just wish I could’ve topped it off with something sweet! I was looking forward into trying those swirls! Disappointed

I had an order delivered and it was fresh, warm, and packaged well. I gave three stars only because there were two issues with my food: 1) I ordered the Asian Salad, which is stated on the menu to come with an oriental vingarette; however, while I did receive the Asian Salad made correctly, the dressing that was placed in my box was not the vingarette (they had given me honey mustard without asking about alternative options or notifying me). And 2) the lemonade I had ordered, I paid extra at checkout to get peach flavoring added in but the lemonade I received had no peach flavoring at all. It was just plain lemonade.

We have always gone to this Applebees and have had a good experience until today. We had placed an order to be picked up at 1:40. We got there at 1:36. It wasn’t ready which was fine. We were a couple of minutes early and I understand restaurants get busy so waiting a few minutes is no big deal. However, they kept giving my husband the run around and we didn’t receive our order until about 2:15. That wait is ridiculous. We watched people be sat and get their food before we got ours. And they got there after we did. We choose to pick up food cause we have a busy day and we thought that would be quicker. I will never do a pick up from here again. They didn’t even start cooking our food until well after we had been waiting for it. That is ridiculous. They weren’t even that busy. There is no e
