Applebee's Grill + Bar

Autumn delivered a level of service that went well beyond what’s expected at a casual dining restaurant. She was attentive without hovering, clearly knowledgeable about the menu, and handled timing perfectly from drinks to entrées. Orders were accurate, requests were handled immediately, and nothing ever felt rushed or neglected. What stood out most was her professionalism—calm, efficient, and genuinely focused on doing the job well. Service like that elevates the entire experience, and Autumn did exactly that.

What a tremendous dinner. Autumn was the best waitress I have ever been blessed with by. All my needs were satisfied in a tasteful and dignified way. I cannot sing her graces enough!

sara with no h is such a world-class delight. she was funny and kind and very knowledgeable. she gave fantastic recommendations and got us situated with meals, apps, and bev. she had us laughing so loud you’d think we came in to visit specifically sara. she is a star and needs to be recognized as such. thank you sara for showing us what a fantastic night out looks like. please enjoy photos of round one of our meal. ty again sara

Worst dinning experience I've ever had. Server had no idea of what service meant. Bought the wrong appetizer and didn't offer to make it right. We had to ask for silver and napkins. The 5 meals were brought out at different times. One person in our party was finished eating when the 5th person was finally served. 2 O M burgers were stuck to the platter in what used to be cheese. Had to ask for refills on water. Again, server never bothered to see how we were. Finally had to stand in aisle to get the servers attention so we could get the check. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

I decided to stop by here for a quick bite to eat during lunch time. I was also craving that famous spinach artichoke dip, so of course that was my starter. As always, the dip has the perfect cheese to spinach ratio and was cooked to perfection! I also ordered the chicken Alfredo without broccoli and an extra side of sauce. The chicken was grilled and seasoned perfectly and the noodles were cooked perfectly as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my waitress, Jack, was super lively, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the experience very pleasant and I appreciate her for doing so. Applebee’s has always been a comfort food staple for me and I’m glad to see it’s still going strong! I enjoyed my visit and hope to return soon!
