Updated review: ordered car side to go tonight and all I can say is I don't know what happened but what a mess! We got our food home to not only one of our meals destroyed but two because apparently they were too lazy to put lids on the dipping sauces! Which we know they had them seeing where one meal had a lid on the sauce. Needless to say our food was destroyed especially ny daughters as she ordered the trio sampler and her ranch and honey mustard was all over everything making it a hot mess and soggy! I will never order car side to go again and honestly after this experience it will be a long time if I even go back. Our server Chris was absolutely amazing. Probably hands down the best service we ever received at this applebees. He was super friendly from the time he sat us to the time

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience here. Our orders were taken twice and everything was also confirmed several times with the server. We ended up missing some items, and others were food we had not even ordered. The pretzels and chips were way over salted. When we asked for a new plate of chips, they were even worse. Edited to add: We also paid for a to go order which we never ended up getting because they forgot!

First time trying this location. Had the 2 for 25. Wife had the Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad, always tasty. I had the Rib Tips w Fries. Rib Tips tasted pre-cooked. We shared the Spinach dip, which we enjoyed. The dip was served hot, the chips light. Tracey did a good job with service.

We had a quality problem with our meal, however the store manager (I didnt catch his name but it was the evening of March 2nd) took swift care to ensure he not only fixed the problem, but ensure we left happy customers. Our waitress was attentive, informative and highly recommend her service. :).
