Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went to this restaurant to pick up my food, and the person preparing it wasn't following any hygiene standards. He wasn't wearing a hairnet, and worst of all, the customer service was terrible and rude. I will never go back to this restaurant with this kind of lack of hygiene, and on top of that, the way they spoke to the customer was awful. They didn't want me to see this lack of food hygiene; how can they handle your food without gloves? It was disgusting; he was touching his hair and then handling the food.

I've been to this restaurant many times before, but the service was average until today. I took my family out for dinner and Gianna was our server. She was absolutely amazing. She kept checking on us, was very patient and helpful and understanding when one of our food was wrong and helped us to resolve it. She was so friendly and attentive. There was also a gentleman named Alex that was very sweet and helpful as well. He kept checking on us as well. Both of them always had a smile on their faces and a calm and friendly tone. I hope she is there the next time I dine in, I will be asking for her.

Gillian was the best part of the experience. I took my son on a 1 on 1 date today 12/22, and she made sure we were well taken care of. We didn't care for a particular sauce on the New Grilled Cheese Hamburger (some kind of sweet chili sauce), with no hesitation she had them remade. But didn't stop her manager or the cook Im not sure who, replaced the whole order. Appetizers too! Once I made it home realized my to go order was a whole slab of ribs instead of the half I order. Thank you so much Gillian, you made my night! Merry Christmas

We came in around 5:45pm. Was not overly crowded. My husband ordered the whiskey bacon burger and I ordered the new grilled cheese burger and asked for NO tangy bacon sauce as it contains paprika in which I'm allergic. Approximately 20 minutes past and we got our food. My meal was incorrect unfortunately due to having the tangy bacon sauce on it. I kindly asked to switch my meal to the three cheese chicken penne. Waited nearly 35 minutes... still no food. Our server, Ashley was very kind and attentive. We were just very disappointed with the service experience of the food timing and the fact that when multiple things occurred, the manager did NOT come by our table. We won't be returning to this location as we were not happy. Arrived at 5:45pm and did not leave until close to 7:15 and 90%

We went in for lunch today and had all of our food picked out. Super excited to eat here because I looooove Applebees. It took a few minutes for the hostess to see and seat us. We were seated about 10 minutes with no server coming to the table. Never saw the server the entire time of the initial wait. We asked the host if he let her know we were seated and he was awesome and went and told her again. This is when we saw her for the first time. He told her and she was super rude to him. Then she came to the table and told us she would be with us in a bit. Went to the table next to us and apologized for their wait on food and said the fries were still cooking while she brought out the rest of the food. The server then left and didn’t come back to our table. We could see where this service exp
