Applebee's Grill + Bar

We came here for a quick bite before our movie. It was very quiet for a Thursday afternoon, and we were seated pretty quickly. Our waitress was Kamryn (spelling?) and she was so attentive, incredibly smart (took our order without writing it down), and kind. She was absolutely on top of bringing us extra napkins without even asking. She also had her an another lady give us all the ranch that was left for our wings (the kitchen needed to make more, and wasn't prepared yet for the next round). We had plenty of ranch thankfully, and they did their very best to make sure we had enough. They for surely deserve a raise!! Thanks so much for making our lunch date amazing!

Placed a curbside to-go order and waited well past the pickup time while the app still said ‘in progress.’ No one came out, so I eventually had to go inside myself to get the order. When I checked the bag, they had forgotten all of the sauces that were included with the order (beer cheese, sweet Asian chile, and Mexi-ranch). The food itself was fine, but the curbside system clearly isn’t being managed well here. If you’re going to offer curbside pickup, there should be someone actually monitoring the orders and making sure everything is included. Really frustrating experience for a simple to-go order.

Ton was our butler tonight as he was gret. We started our meat off with the chip 'n' pinching dip. My friend Dirt was there and he got a bowl of lettuce. I got the cheeseburger skillet meal, and Dirt did too. We shared some mustard like Lassie and the Tramp. Overall excellent experience, excellent environment, and excellent employees. They had hit tv show Friends on one of the tvs which I enjoyed. Thank you.

Terrible service & experience! It took them 15 minutes to acknowledge me & take my order and they were very slow. Great way to make patrons feel unwanted. Here’s the best part… their $4 ‘happy hour’ watered-down wells (vodka/cran) are $5.50 because they charge you an extra $1.50 for the mixer/juice. How stupid is that? Every other bar in the world… whatever price the drink is includes the mixer. Duh. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for each individual ice cube, the straw & the napkin. And to top it off, there wasn’t a drop of alcohol in either drink I ordered. Total ripoff! Not sure if it’s poor management or an off day, but that was the lousiest bar experience I’ve ever had. Not recommended at all. AVOID THE BAR!!!

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here over the weekend. Karmyn our server was amazing! She is personable, funny, and kind. She took our order quickly. We didn’t have to wait long for anything! She went above and beyond for us, she even helped with my six year old brother. The food was great and the service was exceptional thanks to Karmyn! 😊
