Applebee's Grill + Bar

Recently I ordered from the catering menu and I've ordered from it before many times. So I ordered chicken broccoli alfredo. It was delivered , I opened the container and it wasn't even half full. More like a quarter full Not a happy customer. I guess buyer beware. We did speak to the manager who offered to give us another pan no charge, come get it. I chose delivery because driving isn't an option now. The attached photos you can see how unfilled the pan is. Oh well Goodbye Applebees

My boyfriend and I went to apple bees last night. We wanted to get the 2 for $25 deal which comes with an appetizer and 2 entrees. I got the steak and asked for it medium rare. My boyfriend got the 4 cheese Mac and cheese. When the food finally came out our waiter said that the steak took 30 or so minutes to cook! He stood there and had me cut into it and it was well done. He went and had another steak put on the grill because obviously that's not right. Then my boyfriend tried his food and it was cold and they didn't even offer to make a new one for him or even warm it up. The waiter asked if I wanted to eat the new steak there or take it to go so I decided to take it to go because my boyfriend couldn't even eat his food. The bill came out and they comped my boyfriend's meal and they too

Went there twice recently. It was good, and as expected. For this city location having a good standard meal knowing what you'll get that's not fast food is a welcome thing. I'd go back. I will say that waiting for the check can be slow, but the second time wasn't too bad. I also don't need drinks and upsells to be pushed as much as they were. I had the impossible burger and the chicken sandwich, both good.

The food was awesome! Everybody enjoyed their food from steaks to salmon to vegetarian plate. The surface was right on point and very attentive. Love the atmosphere it's very quiet and cozy. We had a great time, and our waitress was very accommodating to all our needs for a party of five!

I have to say even though we had to wait, our server Ayden was a delight. He was pleasant and engaging. Made sure we had everything and even wished a Hsppy Valentines day. Kudos to Ayden.
