Applebee's Grill + Bar

Great experience. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The drinks were great everything was pretty affordable. Also the Waitress was amazing I had AJ she was very attentive, helpful with choosing options, compassionate and patient. She made the dinner even better. Please have her as a server it will be quite delightful.

I want to give a huge shout out to to our waitress from last night 2/1/26 in Roseville, MI. Lacey was absolutely amazing. All while being super busy taking care of multiple tables and enduring some not so nice customers. Lacey kept her cool, she was patient, kind, and very professional and continued to keep a smile on her face. She checked on us multiple times. Updated us on our food, and was very efficient. It’s hard when you are in customer service and some customers are giving you a hard time but she did not let that break her spirits. The food was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves. Lacey thank you being such an amazing waitress keep up the great work. And give her a raise.

Went and picked up a carryout for dinner tonight after long day at work the food was delicious! We had great customer service from Savannah in carryout she was so friendly appreciate the attentiveness as carryout service is just as important as the dine in service. Thanks Savannah for making the carryout experience a memorable one!

We car side to go. But when order was to be ready it wasn't. I finally had to call. When the order came items were missing so i had to go back in to retrieve them. Needless to say by time we got to eat, the food was ice cold. The girls were nice enough. Apologetic for missing items. But for an 85$ order I expect the food to be way better

I had a to go order and was helped by a lady named Saquari. She was very sweet and prompt. She checked to make sure everything was correct and provided immaculate customer service. The quick conversation left a lasting impression. This type of customer service makes me want to come back!
