Applebee's Grill + Bar

Well this is the first time my wife and I have been back to this Applebee's in years. First off I'm pretty sure our waitress is drinking on the job. She keeps ducking behind a corner and drinking something. She is the bar tender... but ... This place is not very busy. But we are waited 20 minutes for our drinks to come. Food arrived and excessive time after we ordered it. Food itself was ok, however we are waiting excessive amount of time for our bill now. Let me clarify, this restaurant is not very busy at all.

Waitress was super nice and fairly attentive. Took forever for someone to seat us tho. Food was awful. My meal was bland and burnt, which sucks as I can't chew hard things. My sons "whole Lotta bacon" burger was anything but. It had 2 peices of bacon and the patty was so overly seasoned he couldn't eat it. Kids meal was eh, hard to mess up Mac n cheese but the yogurt was either just about or just had turned and was bleh. App was good. Was very dark and nice an cool inside.

I stopped here today for lunch. Today's meal was the 6 oz. sirloin with mashed potatoes with broccoli 🥦 I was pleasantly surprised with the sirloin which was perfectly cooked and was very good.

Typically chain. Bartender was nice, manager was nice as well. Unfortunately got some raw chicken in the boneless wings. Obviously they were very apologetic. Brought new wings out instead. The food was just ok. Usually I love the tacos but they tasted off today. Oh well it’s Applebees didn’t expect much. Would have gotten 3 if the wings weren’t raw first time around.

Typical Applebees. This was my first time at this location. Good food and service. Had my favorite Fiesta Lime Chicken which was prepared perfectly. They have several beers on tap, and lots of big TV's that are viewable from the bar. Enjoyed the visit and the meal.
