Applebee's Grill + Bar

I travel for work and have eaten at many Applebee's and other restaurants. Typically Applebee's is not my first choice, they have declined in quality over past 10 years. This location is hit or miss, the service and food is usually good but the restaurant has bad odors and does not meet my expectations for this chain. On a positive note, looks like they have a new manager and he is on the floor rather than hiding in the back. Employees do not seem intimidated by his presence and regular interaction. From outside observation it appears he is trying to improve service without being a jerk, good move. Hopefully they can clean the smell and improve the quality, based on local options close to my lodging, I will certainly return. Gave a higher star rating because they are improving.

Very nice, I had the bourbon street steak and mashed potato, wife had Parmesan chicken fettuccine and we both ate salad. Steak was cooked to perfection just as I ordered and my wife enjoyed her chicken. No issues with anything

This Applebees is very fun down and dirty. The food is decent and the servers are always very friendly. We visit this place typically for happy hour. They have cheap cocktails and 1/2 price appetizers that are pretty good. The cleanliness is sub-par and is my biggest complaint.

We eat there all the time we go in for happy hour to get half priced appetizers and we have a dinner. We have drinks. They have a great margarita for $6. It's really good. The waitresses and waiters are really friendly. It's like a all-around good time. I recommend it to anyone we sat at the bar. Then you can watch the funny stuff on the TV or somewhere else and watch sports.

We arrived an hour before they closed. The waitress who helped us stood right beside our table and complained that she wanted to close early, but now she has a table for two and that won’t happen… but told the other waitress to not lock the doors yet because she didn’t want to “get in trouble” although they immediately turned off the open sign when we walked in before assisting us. She stood directly behind me when we ordered our drinks, which was so strange and unfriendly. We walked out before drinks were served. How rude. This was supposed to be my birthday dinner… we drove 45 minutes to get here. We come here very often and have never had a bad experience. The date was 12/29/25 at 10:00pm. I initially wrote a one star review, but I would like to update that the amazing management reach
