Applebee's Grill + Bar

Terrible customer service. My wife and I reserved a table for 2 on valentines day, the woman on the phone said it would be fine. We get there and the lady bluntly just tells us that she didnt get any reservations, said we could sit at the bar but no tables are available. We saw that other tables were clearly open. There was also other couples at the bar. I think they had so many reservations that they gave the bigger groups tables and sat couples at the bar... we ended up leaving and couldn't find any other resteraunts with open tables, so basically ruined our valentines date. Thanks Applebees! Never spending my money there again.

I want to give a shout out to the outstanding staff at Applebee’s. My in-laws have been going for years and we join them whenever we are in town. Trevor McGee (manager) is so personable and has waited on my in-laws for nearly 20 years. He always makes a point to acknowledge them and show appreciation for their continued business. Tonight we celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday. Trevor lined up some staff and they sang happy birthday and gave her an ice cream sundae with a candle in it. Truly made her feel special. We had the pleasure of having Vanessa serve us tonight. I ordered the Tomato Basil Soup and a dinner salad. The soup was so delicious I just had to order a second one!! One of my family members ordered the blackened Cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

This is a favorite of my dad's. We each had steak dinners, and the steaks were very tough and hard to cut. They tasted good, if you could get a piece cut off!

We ordered off of the 2 for $25.00 menu. Upped our order to Burbon Street Chicken and Shrimp...totally worth it. Got the Mozzarella cheese sticks (arrived with cheese in them, unlike the Richland Applebee's) and also ordered Onnion Rings the were done perfectly (Richland Applebee's presents them either burned or super greasy). If we lived closer, we would come here. The wait staff are very kind and efficient too. A great place to come with friends, or a date night.

Waited an hour for chicken wings that looked like they sat all night, half a plate of beer fries, a salad that had a lake of dirty water in the bottom of it and the worst whisky sour to ever grace this earth.
