Applebee's Grill + Bar

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at Applebee’s in Waycross, GA. Our party of 10 showed up last minute, and the staff handled it with ease and a great attitude. They quickly got us seated and made sure everyone in our group was taken care of from the start. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and very detail-oriented. Managing a large group isn’t always easy, but our server and the team did an excellent job keeping drinks filled, getting orders right, and making sure everything came out in a timely manner. The food and drinks were great, and the atmosphere inside the recently renovated restaurant was wonderful. I went for lunch and ordered the chinese chicken salad.It was more than enough for 1 person and very good. - it had crunch from the chinese noodles, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The waitress was attentive And I sat in a booth, which was very comfortable. You had an option of ordering an appetizer which was included in the price.

Applebees in Waycross fired the best server/bartender(Tony ) they had over false pretenses!! He was the absolute best there and his service was impeccable. The times I went there and Tony was off the dining experience was horrible!!! I won’t be returning

The host was a young man, we think, we couldn't see his face for his hair, and his clothes were dirty. Every host I've ever seen had to be spot on clean. The sweet tea was not sweet. Whoever makes the tea should be made to taste it. Exchanged the tea for two different kinds of lemonade and neither kind tasted like lemonade. Garlic parmesan chicken wings that were ordered, apparently the cook decided to not coat them in the garlic butter but to just fry them and just slap some shredded parmesan cheese on top dry chicken nuggets. I asked about something not being spicy and was informed it wasn't but when I bit into the chicken quesadillo I was hit with load of spice. The host didn't take into consideration that I'm handicapped and instead of seating us close by, he walked us to a table on th

The kitchen organization was terrible; they forgot about my son's food, and it took half an hour after we asked for it three times. However, the service at the bar was good, especially Tina, who did a great job.
