Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ordered the new Bayou chicken bowl. However, what I received was the Bayou shrimp bowl. Now, thank goodness I am not allergic to shellfish, otherwise this would have been a lower rating. The bowl wasn't that great. It lacked seasoning. The curbside process needs to be overhauled. When you call the number, the robot doesn't understand that you've already placed an order. It tries to place a new order. Then when it transfers you to the restaurant, the phone hangs up. Just terrible.

Just all-around mediocre. Kitchen was slow, flavors were mid. And two high chairs for the whole restaurant is crazy. Servers were nice but I’d rather drive to Staunton for Chili’s.

I've been to this location on many occasions and the food is very consistent. The last 2 times I visited, my parents and I had a server named Zachary and he was fantastic. He takes care of everything that you need even when he's busy. He is very good. Please visit and maybe you'll be fortunate enough to have him as your server.

Server Kaylen was great! We told her that her personality skills were awesome after she had laughed told us it was her first week! She did great on a busy holiday. Food was great, enjoyed our visit.

It's gone down hill in the last few years. Went to dinner. Waitress was nice enough and knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions but we had to flag another waiter down just to get some silverware and napkins... Sweet tea was unsweetened. The wait wasn't super long and the food was good.
