APS Construction Yard

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with APS has been extremely frustrating. After moving into a new commercial unit and establishing service in my name, APS applied my payments to a prior tenant’s delinquent account and attempted to hold me responsible for a balance that does not belong to me. Despite submitting a change of ownership request and providing documentation, I was told my power could be disconnected unless I paid toward that prior balance. What made the situation worse was the customer service experience. Supervisors were dismissive, unhelpful, and at times borderline insulting rather than working toward a resolution. So first, they shut off our power because some made a mistake and couldn't read that the shut-off date wasn't until the second of April. So then, they tell us a technician will be here the next day to reset our manual meter. We wait all day, nobody shows up. We call APS. And they tell us a technician will be there within an hour or two. 6:15 pm and nobody's here. It must be great having a monopoly on utility services so that you can screw with your customers, lie to them, and make them wait on you all day. Won't make that mistake again.
